Formerly known as the Miami Board of Trade when it was launched in the 1900s, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce has developed staggeringly and now consists of close to 500,000 member company employees. Decades since its inception, it is admired for its powerful heritage of leadership in regards to economic development and an unwavering committedness to ensuring Miami-Dade County continues to grow in a positive direction.
The South Florida Progress Foundation is one of the supporters of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. It is the nonprofit arm centered around investing in activities and programs with a goal of improving Miami-Dade’s quality of life.
